Training & Development
At Evolve, we ensure that our team is ready to take the next level challenges, hence, we focus immensely on their Learning & Development. We have an online platform “LurninGo”, wherein all the latest training programs are uploaded in terms of leadership videos, articles, case studies and so on.
We also focus on developing our leaders in order to make them more people friendly and growth focussed. We have launched several batches of Front Line Manager Development Program for mid-level managers, Communication Excellence Programs for bottom-line employees.
Rewards & Recognition
We at Evolve believe that our people are our greatest assets and strategic partners in our journey to achieve organizational objectives. Our TeamLease FAB awards, which is in place since the beginning of FY 2019 ensures we honour our assets.
The program is intended to celebrate and reward high performance – whenever and wherever it happens. We do not restrict ourselves to reward employee periodically only, hence, the SPOT Recognition was introduced.
We do have Annual, Quarter as well as Monthly reward mechanisms that ensure employees are motivated throughout the year. We also encourage employees to live organizational values and display them in their working.
