Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical) in 1968 and worked in various industries for 16 years. Started entrepreneurial business activities in the automobile sector in 1984
and diversified into the metal industry in 1999.

Kaujalgi C G – Chief Technology Officer

Kaujalgi C G has more than 16 years of rich experience in Product Development (from concept to product), Embedded System/Software Design and Development, Project Management, Testing, Customer Support, Eco-system development, International Liaison work and 3rd party management.

He spent about 8 years in the USA working for companies like Scientific Atlanta Inc, Arris Interactive Inc, and Hayes.  He has also published many design papers and Journals. In India, he has worked as Head - Application & Technology Support and also as Section Manager & Design Manager at ST Microelectronics, Bangalore.

Earlier he was at Philips (Consumer Electronics) Software Center, Bangalore as "Senior Software Architect & Technology Manager". He was instrumental in setting up the software team for National Semiconductor in India.

He earned BE (E&C) from Mysore University and has done his MSEE (Computer Engineering) at LA Tech University, USA. His thesis and research was on "Fault Tolerance in Parallel Processing System" in "Space Based Power Systems".

Kaujalgi is an effective team builder, a strong 'Engineering Manager' in multinational environment.

Giorgio Pelleri- Vice President- EU Markets

Giorgio Pelleri has almost 40 years of experience in Embedded Systems, both HW and SW

He has worked in companies i.e. Olivetti & C. spa - Italy, Magneti Marelli spa - Italy
& ST Microelectronics srl - Italy.

Very long experience from design to development and engineering, up to SoP. Boards and SW management; wide range of products, from electronic typewriters, to personal computers and Notebooks.

Challenging experience on innovative multifunctional car navigators, for tier 1 car makers. SW development, product validation and customer's support management.

Vast and international experience in managing applications development for complex SoC internally designed. Wide range of applications addressed, from telecom to consumer and automotive products, at full system level. Direct and strong collaboration to the customers's projects.

Managed  technical teams up to 100 engineers. Long and fruitful relationship 
with many 3rd Parties around the world.

Guru Prabhaker S – Vice President-Sales

With fourteen years of multi domain sales experience Guru heads the Sales for Evolve. He worked for leading companies like Synopsys, Magma Design Automation and others in various positions ranging from Product Management to Regional & National Sales management.

His sales endeavors have enabled interactions with Indian and International customers products as diverse as semiconductor design, MEMS(Microsystems Technology) ERP and Telecom/Carrier class infrastructure development which is an asset to Evolve’s vision of customer acquisition through best of breed solutions and products with a combination of R&D Consulting and System Integration Services.

His last assignment was to setup and run a Services and Alliances practice for Apara Enterprise Solutions where he was successful in acquiring and maintaining key customers in Telco space in private and government sector.

A Hands on manager, with a cheerful demeanor and passion he inspires trust in his team to perform to their optimal levels.

He earned Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Bedfordshire, UK.

Amitoj Sethi – Founder and Executive Director

Masters in Business Administration (Marketing) & Bachelor in Engineering (Computers). Worked with Citibank for 10 years in the areas of Operations, Credit, Sales and Marketing and managed teams ranging from 23 to 120 people.
