Manjunath H J – CEO

Manjunath H J is responsible for overall direction of the company . A thorough Sales
professional with Twenty years of experience in domains as varied as Power management, Semiconductors and EDA (Electronic Design Automation), Embedded
and Technology Services Outsourcing.

In his career, he has worked in different roles in Sales Management, Account Management, Product Management, and worked for leading companies like Synopsys, Persistent Systems, Semilogics, Future Techno Designs and Bull Power.

In his previous venture Semilogics, he was part of founding team and built the company from ground up, provided leadership to establish visibility of the company in India. Directed and provided leadership to all functional areas of the company. He also worked with Persistent Systems, a leading outsourced product development company as General Manager. In his tenure at Synopsys, he managed Verification line of products and handled the accounts like ST Mico, Freescale, Virage Logic, Neomagic and others.

He earned Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication from Mysore University.


Mr. Amitoj Sethi- Founder and Executive Director

Masters in Business Administration (Marketing) & Bachelor in Engineering (Computers). Worked with Citibank for 10 years in the areas of Operations, Credit, Sales and Marketing and managed teams ranging from 23 to 120 people.

Mr. Tilakraj Tandon- Founder and Non Executive Director

Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical) in 1968 and worked in various industries for 16 years. Started entrepreneurial business activities in the automobile sector in 1984
and diversified into the metal industry in 1999.
